FirstWins provides text messaging and AI phone answering to local businesses ("our clients"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

When you contact one of our clients (for example by submitting a form, sending an inquiry through a marketplace, texting, or calling), we receive the details you provided: your name, phone number, email, what you asked about, and your messages. Calls to our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed, and callers are told this at the start of every call. Visitors who request a demo on this site give us their name, business and contact details.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted: to text or call you back, answer questions, schedule appointments, and let that business's team follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market other businesses' products to you.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors who help us deliver the service (for example our phone and messaging carriers), only to provide that service.

Who can see your information

The business you contacted and its authorized staff, and our team when needed to support the service. Each business can only see its own customers.

How long we keep it

As long as the business you contacted remains our client, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to signed-in users of each business, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
